Every Process Control Succeed the Quality Control

For incoming electrical components, our inspector might check all quantities to confirm whether they comply with designed requirements. For incoming aluminum ingot, we will test the ingredient percentage for all plates.

We take the inspection for part of samples from all semi-finished material, including housing, housing accessories, fittings, diffuser to check whether they are flawlessly or not.

We might searching all procedures to confirm whether a finished products are well-organized and complete subject to the designed drawings before we define it with a qualified label.

The main electrical parameters test include the over-voltage test, over-current test, operation test to ensure the reliable and durable features to withstand any electrical grid in different  countries.

We practice the aging test ranging from constant 48 hours to 96 hours when the lighting power  is on to check whether the lighting function is continuous and stable to face any special conditions.

For some customized climate environment, our inspector might do the ultra-low and ultra high temperature test, IP66 even IP67 test, salty corrosive test, mechanical test and optical test.

In order to reduce the damage during transportation, we do the packing inspection subject to some individual packing requirements from our customers, make sure all products will not move no matter how rude the worker transfer.

Normally customers will request a separate shipping marks posted outside the packing unit to identify the cargos in right manner, we arrange the numbers and information in order for customers to calculate and sell in certain way.
